Products must be returned:
Within a maximum period of 14 days after notification of withdrawal
In their original condition
Unused and undamaged
Complete and carefully packaged

Any product returned incomplete, damaged, used, or unsuitable for resale will not be eligible for a refund.

After receipt and inspection of the returned products:
Only the purchase value of the returned product(s) will be refunded
Initial shipping costs paid at the time of order are non-refundable
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, within a reasonable timeframe after return validation
